MT Court Help Program Seeks State Funding

Volunteer helping woman on computerMLSA partner, the Montana Supreme Court – Court Help Program, is seeking permanent state funding to continue its service to self-represented litigants across the state. 

The Court Help Program, like MLSA, provides legal information and referrals to self-represented litigants with civil legal problems. Court Help serves people of all incomes. MLSA provides AmeriCorps Justice for Montanans members to help serve six Court Help locations in the state, as well as remote service delivery to additional locations.
