Due to a staff shortage, the MLSA HelpLine hours have changed temporarily.
The new hours are:
Monday – Friday 9am-noon and 1pm-4pm
If you try to call the HelpLine and can't get through, please remember you can apply using our online application or mail/fax in a paper application / Espanol.
We expect the temporary HelpLine hours to remain in effect until approximately September 12. At that time we hope to resume regular HelpLine hours (7:30am-6:00pm).
