Nominate a Law Student for Pro Bono Award

 

Scales of JusticeNominations are open now until October 3, 2014, for the Montana Law Student Pro Bono Service Award.

The award is a collaborative effort between the University of Montana Law School, private firms and attorneys, Montana Legal Services Association, and the local judiciary to recognize the outstanding volunteer work of law students. The award is given annually in October during National Pro Bono week to a 3L student who has demonstrated extraordinary commitment to public service-in particular the field of pro bono legal work.

Students can either apply for the award or be nominated by a third party. See the criteria and how to apply or nominate a law student here.
